After a long (and none to patient - for us) wait Lucasfilm have finally announced the November 4th release of the Indiana Jones Trilogy on DVD.
Raiders, Temple of Doom and Last Crusade have all been meticulously restored to THX standards and each of the films have a new Dolby Digital 5:1 soundtrack. The 4 disc boxed set contains over 10 hours of viewing (including the films), with the fourth disc including new interviews with Steven Spielberg, George Lucas and Harrison Ford, a making of feature, newly unearthed archival material and a spotlight on the "real-world" history of Indy's adventures.
Now... when is Star Wars getting the same treatment?
