Beautifully crafted crime drama THE BAY is back with a brand-new third series welcoming new Family Liaison Officer DS Jenn Townsend, played by Marsha Thomason, as she is thrown in the deep end when a body is found in the bay on her very first day. THE BAY SEASON THREE is available on DVD on 21st February and on Digital Download now.

From award-winning writer Daragh Carville (Being Human, The Smoke) and reprising their roles in this hugely successful drama are Daniel Ryan (Innocent, Home Fires) and Erin Shanagher (Viewpoint, Peaky Blinders), the series also stars Michael Karim (Lewis), Rina Mahoney (Emmerdale) and Gary Lewis (Vigil, Billy Elliot).

THE BAY SEASON THREE follows DS Townsend on her challenging first murder case with Morecambe's Major Investigation Unit. She must get under the skin of a grieving and complicated family if she has any chance of solving the case, whilst at the same time proving herself to her new colleagues. The pressure is multiplied even more when her new blended family struggle to settle in Morecambe, proving to Jenn that a fresh start might not be quite as simple as moving to a different town.

THE BAY SEASONS ONE, TWO & THREE boxset is also available to buy on DVD from 21st February. The first 2 seasons of THE BAY star Morven Christie and are written by Daragh Carville. In the debut season, Family Liaison Officer Lisa Armstong (Morven Christie) is assigned to a missing persons investigation that at first seems like any other - tragic, but all too familiar. But there's something very different about this particular case. Lisa realises she has a personal connection with this frightened family - one that could compromise her and the case.

Season Two begins with Lisa at a low ebb, forced to do menial police work. However, when a new case involving a shocking murder within a loving family emerges, Lisa is called upon once again.
