Good news everyone! After the first two Quatermass films were released on Region 2 DVD, DD Video are releasing The Abominable Snowman and blob-on-the-loose chiller X the Unknown on April 21st. Both include commentaries (by Nigel Kneale and Val Guest on Snowman and Jimmy Sangster on X), documentaries and booklets.
To follow in May are Frankenstein and the Monster from Hell and (yes!) Captain Kronos Vampire Hunter. It's nice to see these films getting respectful treatment - here's hoping for Frankenstein Must Be Destroyed on DVD soon...
