Isaac Hayes (pictured right), the black sex machine in South Park is set to leave after 150 episodes. Hayes was said to have been upset when a recent show poked ridicule at his Scientology Church. Matt Stone, South Park co-creator said Hayes "never had a problem" until the Scientology Church, to which Hayes belongs had the piss ripped out of it.
Hayes said the show was insensitive to "personal spiritual beliefs, there is a place in this world for satire but there is a time when satire ends and intolerance and bigotry toward religious beliefs begins."
Recently John Travolta's Battlefield Earth also poked fun at Scientology, though no one got the joke.
