Chris Penn, the prolific character actor and brother of Sean Penn, has been found dead at his home in California, aged 40. He rose to prominence during the eighties in such films as Rumble Fish, All The Right Moves, Footloose, Pale Rider and At Close Range (with Sean). He is probably best known for Reservoir Dogs as Nice Guy Eddie, and spent the nineties appearing in such films as The Music of Chance, True Romance, Short Cuts, Fist of the North Star, The Funeral and Rush Hour. Recently he had appeared in Masked and Anonymous, Starsky and Hutch and his latest, The Darwin Awards. |
