  Network's Double Bills [read more]
  Hello, Thelma. Pet.
For decades, the British cinemagoing experience was dominated by the double bill. You could enjoy two films, sometimes in the most eclectic pairing, for the price of one with the interesting bit in the middle. Network's DOUBLE BILL range replicates this retro viewing experience with some classic films, contemporary adverts, trailers and more.

DOUBLE BILL: Maroc 7 | Invasion
Maroc 7: Stylishly directed by Gerry O’Hara, this cool, fast-paced '60s crime caper features a star-studded line-up that includes Gene Barry, Elsa Martinelli, Cyd Charisse, Leslie Phillips and Denholm Elliott.

Invasion: Based on a story by Doctor Who legend Robert Holmes, Public Eye creator Roger Marshall scripts this cult sci-fi thriller from Merton Park studios starring Edward Judd - memorably powerful in The Day the Earth Caught Fire - actor/writer Lyndon Brook and cult actress and cabaret artiste Yoko Tani.

DOUBLE BILL: The Likely Lads | The Best of Benny Hill
The Likely Lads: Spinning off from the incredibly popular 1960s sitcom and its BAFTA-winning 1970s sequel, James Bolam and Rodney Bewes star as Terry Collier and Bob Ferris, two life-long friends with vastly different outlooks on life. The Likely Lads is written by comedy legends Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais - who would go on to further success with series like Porridge and Auf Wiedersehen, Pet.

The Best of Benny Hill: This hilarious compilation celebrates the unique talents of comedy superstar Benny Hill with an uproarious collection of the characters and sketches that made him a household name the world over!
