Peter Jackson has confirmed that his first post-Lord of the Rings project will be his long cherished King Kong remake. Way back when Jackson was best known for zombies and sex-crazed puppets, the New Zealander was hopeful that one day he might get the chance to make his own version of the classic giant ape tale, and with the success of his Tolkien trilogy, he now has the chance.
