Click here for the trailer of the not-very-eagily-awaited remake of John Carpenter’s The Fog. Frankly, it looks like virtually every limp PG-13 Hollywood horror movie made in the last five years, but perhaps director Rupert Wainwright (not to be confused with Canadian crooner Rufus Wainwright!) can inject some new frights into this old-fashioned tale. It opens in the US on October 14th, although we in the UK don’t get it until next February.
