  Tony Hancock is making his way back onto the big screen - in HD!

'The Lad' can be seen at a special screening of The Rebel @ The Prince Charles Cinema, Leicester Square on Monday 23rd September. And if that wasn’t rare enough Network are excited to announce that comedian Paul Merton - who put his own spin on a number of classic Galton and Simpson scripts - will be introducing this worlds first restored screening.

This marks the brand-new HD restorations of both The Rebel and The Punch and Judy Man which are making their way on to Blu-ray and DVD on Monday 30th September.

They are released as part of The British Film collection which boasts a plethora of British Comedies including; Powell & Pressburger's Oh... Rosalinda!, The Likely Lads, Man About the House, Till Death Us Do Part, No Kidding, There Was A Crooked Man and many more - To see a list of upcoming titles and those already available please visit the link above.
