The Holiest One is a new 10 part web series that follows the trials of an Australian cult follower as she attempts to start a new chapter in Los Angeles. Filmed independently over seven months in Melbourne and Los Angeles, it features a large ensemble of emerging and diverse talent including several alumni of the famed Groundlings Theatre in LA.
Following a shock break up, Sofia is recruited into a mysterious new religion known as The Congregation. Seeking a fresh start, she throws her life savings away to set up a new chapter in Los Angeles. There she connects with a struggling real estate agent and his personal assistant, but it isn't long before she discovers that being a saint in the City of Angels can be hell.
