For the 14th time, Ralf Kemper presents short films that were produced at an angle, loud and colorful or simply cool. With a small budget but great dedication. On May the 03. and 04. 2019 filmmakers and fans of the special film will be together in: Dock 4, Untere Karlsstraße 4, in 34117 Kassel/Germany. Admission Friday is 6pm. Admission Saturday is 4pm.
