The 60 Billion Double Dollar Man! [read more]
Trigun Vol. 1 released next month.
Trigun, anime’s answer to the Spaghetti Western, will be making its way to DVD next month. Adapted from Yasuhiro Nightgow’s Manga comic of the same name, Trigun is a tale from the distant future, the tale of a legendary (but dumb) gunslinger, Vash The Stampede, a gunslinger so dangerous that a $$60,000,000,000 reward has been placed on his head – that’s a lotta money, especially with that double-dollar sign there! Vash, also known as the Human Typhoon, has been credited with the destruction of several towns but, miraculously, there is no record of him ever taking a human life. But still, Vash has a serious score to settle with the man who ruined his whole life…

Trigun: Volume 1 (described as “one of the most entertaining anime series ever made”) will feature the show’s first four episodes – The $$60,000,000,000 Man, Truth Of Mistake, Peace Maker and Love And Peace and is released by MVM on 21st February.
