Rodney Dangerfield, the famed stand up comedian who would complain onstage that he "couldn't get no respect", has died aged 82 after weeks in a coma. He made his movie debut in cult comedy The Projectionist, but went on to success in the eighties with Caddyshack, Easy Money and Back to School. In the nineties he made an impression in Natural Born Killers and in the 2000s he played Lucifer in Adam Sandler's Little Nicky.
