Nobody's House on DVD [read more]
  Rentaghost's main rival
MID ‘70s fantasy comedy drama from Tyne Tees Television starring Kevin Morton (following up his memorable performance in Granada Television's Sam), Nobody’s House – The Complete Series (PG) is available to own from 4 July 2016, RRP £14.99, courtesy of Network Distributing.

Co-starring Champions star William Gaunt and featuring guest turns from Brian Blessed (The Black Adder), Joe Gladwin (Last of the Summer Wine) and Brian Wilde (Porridge), Morton stars as the ghostly resident of a derelict Victorian house visible only to the two children who move there with their unsuspecting parents.

The faded elegance of Cornerstones has long been home to the occasionally mischievous spirit of a Victorian ragamuffin known simply as 'Nobody'. Now Peter Sinclair, his wife Jane and their two children, Tom and Gilly, arrive there with the aim of setting up an antiques business. For years, Nobody has succeeded in frightening all-comers away from the rambling old house, but it seems the Sinclair children see right through him – literally! There's a clip at the link above.
