Directed by Todd Haynes (I’m Not There, Far From Heaven), CAROL stars BAFTA and Academy Award Winner® Cate Blanchett (Blue Jasmine, Elizabeth), BAFTA and Academy Award Nominee® Rooney Mara (The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Social Network) and will be released onto home entertainment by STUDIOCANAL on 21st March.
Set against the backdrop of New York City, the film follows beautiful and compelling housewife Carol (Cate Blanchett), trapped in a loveless marriage to husband Harge (Kyle Chandler).
