Trauma is the new chiller from Marc Evans, the director of cult horror My Little Eye, and stars Colin Firth as a man waking up from a coma after surviving a car crash. His wife is supposedly dead, but his neighbour, played by Mena Suvari, persuades him to dig a little deeper with the help of a psychic. But is this real or going on in his paranoid mind?
