The big screen adaptation of the popular musical Chicago picked up three Golden Globes in last night’s ceremony, for Best Film, Actress (Renée Zellweger) and Actor (Richard Gere), in the Comedy/Musical category. Spike Jonze’s dark comedy Adaptation got two awards, Best Supporting Actor (Chris Cooper) and Supporting Actress (Meryl Streep), while Martin Scorsese took home the Best Director award for his epic Gangs Of New York.
