Richard Crenna, the much respected actor best known for his role in the Rambo films has died aged 76. Crenna began acting in the early 50s, and had over 100 film credits to his name, as well as a variety of TV roles.Cult fans will know him from movies such as Body Heat (1981), Leviathan (1989) and Jade (1995), but it was his role as John Rambo’s commanding officer Colonel Trautman in First Blood (1982), Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985) and Rambo III (1988) that really brought him to the public's attention.
