The Guillotines, a secretive Qing Dynasty death squad, have been tasked by brutal Emperor, Yong Zheng, to eliminate all who oppose him. Armed with their widely feared weapon, the flying guillotine, they take on a rebel group of militia who are fighting to put an end to Zheng’s reign of terror and oppression.
