‘Alec Guinness: Presented by Drambuie’ is the ninth special season of films showcased to promote arts and culture, and provide unique and extraordinary experiences to Scottish cinema audiences.

On the 6th April, film journalist and co-director of the Glasgow Film Festival, Allan Hunter, will host a unique symposium on Guinness’ work. It will take audiences on an extraordinary journey, delving into the performances and iconic work of the actor. Hunter’s illustrated talk on Guinness’ career will include content such as his astonishing role as Obi-Wan Kenobi in the legendary movie, Star Wars and his significant association with Ealing Studios.
