Nick Carter has recently launched a crowd-funding campaign via Indiegogo yesterday evening to raise funds to make an R rated horror film – Evil Blessings.
The campaign has already raised 1/3 of its goal already, he aims to raise $85,000 in just over a month. Details of the film project:

Co-writer and Director is Sxully Essex who is a well know horror writer and has something of his own cult following
Produced by Oscar nominee Rob Carliner (Crazy Heart starring Jeff Bridges)
Perks are a combination of film (role on the movie, download, thank you in end credits etc.) and Backstreet Boys (signed CD, YouTube message from Nick, dinner with Nick etc.)
