British Airways is bringing back ‘Silent Picturehouse’ - a unique cinematic experience showing five travel inspired films on big screens in the evening, and children’s movies by day. In an innovative twist, viewers tune in from personal headsets,
replicating the in-flight experience.
Silent Picturehouse will take place in an exclusive London venue between 22-26 July, with presenter Edith Bowman hosting the launch night.
Films will be shown on five giant screens simultaneously, they include; the latest James Bond hit Skyfall on the ‘Best of BAFTA 2013’ screen, timeless thriller Jaws on the ‘Classic Summer Blockbuster’ screen, adventure drama The Beach on the ‘Travel
Classics’ screen and cult classic Top Gun on the ‘Flight in Film’ screen. There will also be a ‘Fans’ Choice’ screen, showing either; Casablanca, Into the Wild, Sleepless in Seattle, Slumdog Millionaire or The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.
