When a gang of bullies murders high school girl Ami’s brother, she tracks down the ringleader only to discover he is the son and heir to a psychotic yakuza clan. Her initial confrontation with the clan ends with her left arm being severed, but after replacing the missing limb with a prosthetic, custom-built machine gun, Ami sets out to avenge her brother’s death with a non-stop orgy of violent retribution.
