One Missed Call Promotion [read more]
  Don't answer the phone
Warner Home Video is partnering with up-and-coming rock/electro band Minus IQ to promote the launch of this year's most disturbing, heart-pounding and edge-of-your seat thriller, 'One Missed Call' on DVD and Blu Ray from 29th September 2008.

One Missed Call stars Ed Burns (Saving Private Ryan, 27 Dresses) and Shannyn Sossamon (A Knight's Tale, 40 Days and 40 Nights) and follows a group of college students who one by one start dying in unusual and terrifying circumstances. Each is linked together by 'one missed call' and the telltale voicemail that follows - death it seems is waiting at the end of the phone. Once that call arrives, the countdown is on!

To coincide with this release, the partnership will see Warner Home Video and the Minus IQ boys join forces to host the first ever national 'Miss All Your Calls Day' on 29th September when members of the public will be encouraged to spend 24 hours without using their mobile phones.

In preparation for 'Miss All Your Calls Day', the boys from Minus IQ will be undergoing the mobile phone amnesty dare. Not only will the boys be banned from using their mobile phones for the entire day, but they have also been given the task of organising a one-off gig without the help of their phones to be performed at the end of the day.

The boys will be filmed as they attempt to take on their dare and fans will be able to visit the website - click on the link above – to see if they are successful and to witness the hilarious shenanigans that unfold as they race around London trying to organize their gig.
