  Scar 3D
The third dimension is probably terror
This November The Works UK Distribution Ltd will release SCAR 3D. Using the latest techniques from Japan, this is the first horror movie to be brought to you in ‘gore-ious’ 3D vision! A hit at this year’s Film4 Fright Fest, this is a horror experience more real than ever before. But beware, at the US premiere one man was so ‘scarred’, he passed out!

Directed by Jed Weintrob (The F Word, Soldier Boyz) and produced by Norman Twain (Lean on Me), Courtney Potts & Jamie Gordon, SCAR 3D stars Angela Bettis (Girl, Interrupted), Kirby Bliss Blanton (Entourage, Hannah Montana) and Devon Graye (Dexter).

In the small Colorado town of Ovid, sixteen years ago, the terrifying legend began, and the town has never recovered. Ernie Bishop stashed teenage prisoners in the basement of his morgue, keeping them tied up in cabinets meant for dead bodies. One of Bishop's victims, Joan Burrows, sixteen, cut herself free from her bondage and killed Bishop, thus ending his reign of terror and becoming a local hero. Joan left town and as the film opens, is returning to Ovid for the first time in 16 years to see her niece, Olympia. As she arrives, strange murders take place. At first, Joan fears that Bishop has come back. When Olympia goes missing, Joan starts to go after the killer on her own.
