Interpol agent Ramon Ortega is on the trail of an international drug lord. But when his wife is murdered and he is mutilated by the drug lord's henchmen Ramon swears revenge on those responsible. Even the loss of an arm will not stop him.
This early 80s exploitation movie from the Philippines has an enticing premise, and it certainly starts well with the death of a dwarf informer. Unfortunately it's a tedious offering with little in the way of excitement or low budget thrills. Instead we get Ramon going through a lengthy period of morose drunken self-pity before the obligatory training montage building up to an anticlimactic showdown between our hero and his adversaries.
A bloodless and boring film that doesn't reach the entertaining excesses of the best of exploitation cinema The One Armed Executioner is an understandably forgotten genre offering. The action scenes are tepid, the direction lethargic and performances forgettable. Avoid.
