  Jackson to tackle giant ape epic
  Peter Jackson has confirmed that his first post-Lord of the Rings project will be his long cherished King Kong remake. Way back when Jackson was best known for zombies and sex-crazed puppets, the New Zealander was hopeful that one day he might get the chance to make his own version of the classic giant ape tale, and with the success of his Tolkien trilogy, he now has the chance. "I'm making movies today because I saw [the 1933 original] when I was 9 years old. It has been my sustained dream to reinterpret this classic story for a new age,” says Jackson. Fans may have to wait a little longer for Meet the Feebles 2 then...
