Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner romps home
Poll results now in have confirmed what most of us knew already. Ridley Scott’s Blade Runner swept the board with almost a quarter (24%) of all votes, in what has proved to be our most popular poll to date. Kubrick’s classic 2001: A Space Odyssey was a close second but still way behind. Bringing up the rear, Paul Verhoven’s Robocop shows it really hasn’t stood the test of time with a mere 1% of the vote. Maybe this is the problem with voting for the series, where further Robocop’s let the side down – the same probably applies for Jar-Jar Binks in The Phantom Menace!
